By using Hosted.org services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). All the downloads provided by Hosted.org are uploaded by people over whom Hosted.org exercises no control. You are not allowed to upload any files which could be offensive for other or illegal. The Hosted.org Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Hosted.org Services to sell a product or service, or to share any copyrighted material. We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. It is strictly forbidden for all Hosted.org users to send any unsolicited emails (spam). It is forbidden for everybody to send Hosted.org download URLs by using mail to any recipient who may consider it unsolicited.

Intellectual Property Policy

It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Hosted.org is an Online Service Provider under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512. This policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. It is the policy of Hosted.org to respect the legitimate rights of copyright owners, their agents, and representatives. Users of any part of the Hosted.org computing system are required to respect the legal protections provided by applicable copyright law. To report abuse, please contact us.

Hosted.org collects user's IP address, the time at which user uploaded a file, and the file's URL. This data is not shared with any third party companies or individuals (unless the file in question is deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Service, in which case this data may be shared with law enforcement entities), and is used to enforce these Terms of Service as well as to resolve any legal matters that may arise due to violations of the Terms of Service.
